We offer two delivery options to get your Viva Libre goodies to you as quickly as possible:

🚀 Quick Delivery: 1-2 working days – £4.99 (Order needs to be placed before 2pm on working day - Excludes Saturday/Sunday)

📦 Standard Delivery: 2-4 working days – £3.99 (Excludes Saturday/Sunday) Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Sending a Gift? 🎁

Want to add a personal touch to your order? If you're sending a gift, let us know, and we’ll handwrite a personal message from you and include it in the package—just leave your message in the order notes at checkout!

Returns & Exchanges

At Viva Libre, each item is handmade and unique, which means all sales are final. However, we want you to love your purchase! If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 2 days of arrival, and we’ll do our best to help.

💔 Damaged on Arrival?
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 2 days with a photo of the damage. We’ll arrange an exchange for a similar item of equal value.
