Where do you ship?

We deliver to the UK only. We have two delivery options: Quick Delivery - 1-2 Days or Standard Delivery - 2-4 Days. We do not currently ship internationally. 

Where do you make your products?

All our products are handmade in the UK. 

What are the Viva Libre Jewellery made from?

Viva Libre jewellery is made out of air dry clay! The findings and chains are 18k gold / silver plated. More information about the specific materials used in each product can be found in the product description. 

What are the Emotional Baggage Shoppers made from?

Our Emotional Baggage Shoppers are made from Dead stock / up cycled fabrics. These vary in material, but are mostly cotton / polyester. Specific details can be found under each product listing. 

The item I want is sold out - Will it be returning?

Our products are one off unique designs. Our shopper bags are made from Dead stock / up cycled fabrics, so we only make limited stock in each one. Viva Libre jewellery is handmade which means although we will bring back the same designs and restock, not every item will look identical. 

Do you take custom orders?

Can I leave a note for my order to include a personal message as it's a gift?

Yes, just make sure you leave a note at checkout and we will make sure to write a personal message to the recipient of the gift. 

Are all the jewellery products identical?

Although we create numerous products based on the same design, there are slight variations as these are handmade, when looking through the product listing you will see all the different variations and be able to choose which one you would like.

My order arrived damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of its arrival with a photo of the damage and we can exchange it with a similar item or its value. 

Do you have a return policy?

All sales are final. If you have an issue with your order please contact us within the first 2 days of the items arrival and we will do everything we can to find a solution for you. 

Can I get my Viva Libre jewellery wet? 

We recommend being gentle with your jewellery, as they are made of clay, they should not be worn in water, and care needs to be taken when wearing the item.
